These culture books serve as guideposts, articulating the essence of each organization’s identity and aspirations. Here, I share some common themes gleaned from these insightful documents:

1. Vision and Purpose: Across the board, these culture books underscored the significance of having a clear vision and purpose. They serve as North Stars, guiding employees towards common goals and objectives, and instilling a sense of direction and purpose in their work.

2. Performance Culture: A resounding theme echoed throughout the culture books is the emphasis on fostering a performance-driven culture. Organizations prioritize excellence, set high standards, and empower employees to strive for continuous improvement in their roles.

3. Values and Behaviors: Each culture book outlines specific values and behaviors that are integral to the organization’s DNA.
