In this five-part series, I review my thoughts on Peter Hawkins’ model for team coaching. These reflections are informed by several webinars I’ve attended, discussions I’ve had with Peter Hawkins, and my own experiences managing, developing, and coaching teams in both business and sports environments. I’ve divided this into five posts, as combining everything into one would be too lengthy. I hope this serves as a good starting point for exploring the differences between coaching individuals, groups, and teams.
